Job Description: Salon and Spa Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organized Salon and Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless client experience by managing appointments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments using salon management software.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries about services and pricing.

  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash handling procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.

  • Promote salon and spa services, packages, and retail products to clients.

  • Handle client feedback or concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
