Job Description: Salon and Spa Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly and organized Salon and Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless client experience by managing appointments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule and confirm appointments using salon management software.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries about services and pricing.
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
Promote salon and spa services, packages, and retail products to clients.
Handle client feedback or concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
